  • Fraud, scams, or impersonation

  • Automated abuse or system exploitation

Misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Voice Cloning Terms (Critical)

Voice cloning is a sensitive feature and is governed by strict rules.

You may only use voice cloning if at least one of the following applies:

  • You are cloning your own voice, or

  • You have explicit permission from the voice owner, or

  • You hold valid legal rights or licenses for the voice

You may NOT clone:

  • Celebrities, public figures, or influencers without permission

  • Any individual’s voice without verifiable consent

  • Voices sourced from movies, interviews, podcasts, or social media without rights

Voice impersonation, deception, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • All text, audio, and files you upload

  • Any voices you clone or generate

  • How generated content is used or distributed

By using Lab74AI, you confirm that you own or have the necessary legal rights to all submitted content.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Lab74AI uses artificial intelligence models that generate outputs based on probabilities and learned patterns.

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable

  • Outputs are provided “as is”

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use

Lab74AI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, quality, or suitability.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their original inputs and generated outputs, subject to these terms

  • Lab74AI retains ownership of the platform, software, models, and infrastructure

  • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform technology without permission

Commercial usage may depend on the selected plan and applicable policies.

  • Attempted to exploit or abuse the system

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time

  • Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Refund Policy

  • After the stated refund window, payments are non-refundable
